Legislative/Regulatory Representation
In Massachusetts your association works to better our industry by maintaining an open and honest dialogue with key legislators, the Division of Licensure and the State Board of Examiners of Plumbers and Gas Fitters. Members are kept up-to-date on code changes and other regulatory issues affecting our industry. On the national level, PHCC has a full time lobbyist working directly with members of Congress on issues critical to our industry. Top priority at this time is affordable health insurance. When important issues arise that affect your business, PHCC is there.
